Scabiosa caucasica Fama Blue is one of the most beautiful perennial scabiosa. Long stems with intense blue blooms rise high above the mounds of dense lance-shaped leaves to create a waft of intense lilac-blue flowers each with a silvery pincushion centre. These stunning flowers can reach up to 10cm wide and are excellent for cutting and adored by flower arrangers.
This plant is adored by flower arrangers, and they are considered to be the best strain for cutting.
